old town townhouse

A fresh start in historic Old Town Alexandria, this townhouse offered our client the opportunity to create a home entirely her own. She turned to PLCo. Design House to make the most of the home’s compact footprint while creating spaces that felt fresh, comfortable, and reflective of this new chapter.

On the main floor, we reworked the space to add a powder room, banquette dining area, and much-needed storage, then furnished the living and dining spaces along with the bedrooms upstairs. A light, natural palette and relaxed, organic touches bring an easy freshness to the historic home while keeping the overall feeling timeless and collected.
